Today was the 4th day of my 6-day birthday Q week, and this one was my actual birthday. We started of with a mozzy over to the playground were we did our-

The Thang

Before leaving the playground everyone had to do 5 pull-ups. After that we all mozzyed down to the sidewalk next to the soccer field. Here we lunged to the other sidewalk, bernied back, bear crawled to the other sidewalk, then bernied back again. Then we lunged to the other sidewalk, bernied back, sprinted to the other sidewalk, then bernied back again.

 

Next we split into two teams with Nano as the all time quarterback. Then we played two-hand touch speedball. After half the time we have left we redistributed teams and switched to Ultimate Frisbee until-
