WARMUP: we ran to the back of the school stoppi.g at each light pole to do a different IC exercises each time
THE THANG: we started up in front of the school doing a Cooper, but then the early morning death machines started rolling in hot (basketball?). we packed up and headed to the backside of the school to finish up.
Then we headed back to the flag, throwing in an Indian run along the way (since it is Columbus Day).
