Jackolope and I had a deal – he runs the J, I will Q to Rock twice. He did what he said he would do so I had to hold up my end of the bargain. If I didn’t have the Q today, I’m not sure I would have shown up. I was tired, worn out, and sore.
When the smoke cleared and the dust settled, however, I was glad I came. Good group of guys and a good 45 mins of hard stuff.

Block work – partner workout with a cumulative count.
Partner A did the exercise while B ran and did 10 donkey kicks against the restroom wall, then rotated.
Exercises were 100 curls, 150 overhead press, 200 crunches with block added, 250 bench press
The blocks were returned with 2 mins to spare…went quicker than I thought.
