WARMUP:
SSH, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers, CH Merkins, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps

THE THANG:
1st and 10s on the football field. Start at the 10 yd line and perform 10 burpees and 1 merkin. Run to the far goal line and run back to the 20 to perform 10 burpees and 2 merkins. Rinse and repeat until you have worked your way to 1 burpee and 10 merkins.

Stay on the field and start at the goal line. Perform 30 squats then run to the opposite 20 yd line. Do 30 more squats then lunge walk to the goal line for a final round of 30 squats. That’s round 1

Round 2: Same routine but switch the 30 squats for 15 Bobby hurleys.

Mosey down to the baseball field. All pax hold plank position and perform shoulder taps while each pax takes a turn running around the bases.
