WARMUP:  Reviewed 5 Core Principles, Mission Statement  and Credo.  Then SSH, IW, CHS, WP, Arm Circles and MP.

THE THANG: Four teams of 2 pax per team shoulder carried 2 coupons each on four 3”x4”x8’ timbers from WSH to 575 via expansion trail and back to flag. Bent over rows and squats were incorporated with said Timbers/Coupons.
MARY: 2 minutes of more bent over rows, squats and derkins with the Timbers/Coupons.
