Began the BD with a short mosey and warmed up with some SSH, imperial walkers, weed pickers, sun gods and Michel Phelps.
Grabbed a coupon and did not put it down the entire BD.
There were 7 stations about 10 yards apart in a line down the parking lot. At each station was an exercise. PAX would complete the exercise at the first station then move onto the next. We went through the exercise at each station then moseyed back to the start and went through it again. Reps per exercise at each station were 10-20-30-20-10.
