WARMUP: Welcomed back DUGGAR AND BOUCHER!!! Short mosey around school parking lot and circled up for the normals, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers, Good Mornings, & Michael Phelps. Had Duggar lead us with some Joyful Sun gods.
THE THANG: #1 – Doomsday Clock – Pax circle up in a plank position. 1 Pax does 5 Merkins, and then on the next Pax, going around the circle. If a Pax fails, knees to the ground, they are out and starts running the loop. Last Pax standing is the champ! After many, many rounds, Backdraft was victorious closely beating out Boucher who were the last 2 going!

#2 – Bucket of Balls – Bucket of ping pong balls with numbers written on them. The numbers correspond with an exercise. We started out going on your own for 5 rounds and then stayed together after. After finishing the exercise, took a lap. We later modified to 3 rounds, then a lap.

The quality of a man’s relationship with his children defines the quality of their relationships with everyone else for the rest of their lives. If he is absent, they will be distrustful. If he is capricious, they will be unjust. If he is cold, they will be withdrawn. But, if he is present, just, and warm the HIM will have imprinted upon his children’s hearts a template of relational success upon which they can rely throughout their lives. They will in turn pass it on to their Shorties. In this way, the IMPACT is infinite.
