THE THANG: Manaconda both sets of bleachers with some SSH and Flutter Kicks mixed in. Headed across the street for calf raises and dips. Mixed it up with farmer carries, zamporini carries, and huggie carries. Finished off back at the stadium front with prison pulls. Large lap around lot to finish right on time.
