Backstory: Two years ago, I was paired up with HOMBRE to do a 50 yard wheel barrow.  During my 50 yards, I stopped 4 or 5 times to rest.  HOMBRE didn’t stop.  He pushed through the pain and finished the drill.  We used that as inspiration today to complete our drills without resting.

Warm: 10 merkins, Michael Phelps, Sungods, 10 weedpickers

After each exercise, we ran a lap around the perimeter of the parking lot (approx. half a mile)

Murder bunnies with coupon 80 yards — lap

bear crawl 80 yards — lap

Walk 80 yards while shoulder pressing coupon — lap

lunge walk 80 yards

Squat walk 80 yards — lap then to the flag for Mary

COT: prayers for Duggar’s family—many recovering from physical anomalies and some still under the weather; prayers for HOMBRE and family; put our trust in God during times of struggle

Glad to have C4 and Carmen San Diego at CB to join the “regulars.” Very thankful that Bloodhound did not adopt me to push me beyond my limits—sorry Duggar, but you’ll be better for it.  Great work, gentlemen.
