Temperature was coldish and a bit breezy but not bad. YHC called Mary Miles for this beatdown……. 3+ miles of running with 10 sessions of exercises mixed in along the journey and called out by pax in rotating fashion.

Wheel of merkins, LBC’s, American Hammers, dips, calf raises, flutter kicks, box cutters, monkey humpers, stair hops, iron cross (toes to pole).
With a few minutes remaining we ran a fast Indian run one and half laps around the parking lot.

-YHC picked up the Mary mile concept from a time I visited hurt locker for a Bloodhound Q, and employed it multiple times with the shield lock during shelter in place. The Vineyard is a perfect AO for it.
-No 6 today, we were like the fantastic four today, stuck together and chattered often.
