The PAX began buy mozeying across the street where they found a secret door to a walled neighborhood.  Lightning in the distance lighting their way.  In the spirit of the Cable Guy movie, the men were on a mission to identify houses who might be stealing cable.  They suspected many and others might be doing even worse, sharing their neighbors wifi or even using someone else’s Netflix account.   As cars drove past, the drivers gave the group a lengthy stare, hoping they would not be found out.

Lost in the maze of unknown streets, the warmup began:
Side straddle hops, weed pickers, imperial walkers.

Found the way back to the flag with more lightning revealing the path ahead.

Then the real work began:
wide merkins, box cutter, chest dips, flitter kicks, dips.  4 sets, 10, 15, 20, 15 reps.  Double for the ab exercises.

Ended the beatdown with bat wings and that rewarding sensation of pain in their shoulders.

We ended in the circle of trust lifting up those who were effected by the horrible train wreck in India and a friend who had a baby last week.

There was also plenty of discussion around the new Apple Vision Pro announced yesterday.  The killer feature we see is the ability to change what people around us look like and reduce the inconvenience of looking at each other’s ugly faces.
