Today we had our first P-body Q at Oz. Lots of running. To start of we took a long mozzy around the church and along the road. Once we got back to the flag, we did a short Warm-O-Rama.
The Warm-O-Rama exercises were
10 Copperhead Squats
7 Weed pickers
After our Warm-O-Rama, we split into two groups. The first group would run the long loop that we started off with. The second group does an exercise until all of the first group is back. Once they get back, the two groups switch places and do it again. The exercises we did were: Burpees, SSHs, American Hammers, Mike Tysons, Squats, Flutter Kicks, Hillbilly Walkers, and High Knees. We did this until the end of the workout time.
P-body, the Q, got to share as six-man and we prayed for all prayer requests.
