SSH, BBS, Plank side-step on skillz ladder, Medicine Ball Squats, Box Cutters, Resistance band Merkins, Ruck Swings.
YHC would start each round of the circuit and all PAX would work 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest/transition, for a total of 8 stations (4 minutes) following the TABATA formula.
Rinse and Repeat
Fire Serpent: PAX 1 planks on the curb, then PAX 2 planks with feet perpendicular across 1st PAX back, then 3rd across 2nd, etc until all PAX have joined the zig-zag line and complete 3 Derkins in cadence.

This AO has so much to offer! I really want to get back and use the open practice field some time. Udders, Yukon, and Bface are exactly what a new launch should be. Solid HIMs who are putting in the hard work and have a lot of fun along the way.
Udders was army, and does army counting (one zero, one one, one two, one three…. it may catch on at the dungeon.)
There wasn’t much mumble-chatter during the exercises, but it was great to have some coffeeteria on site immediately after and hang for some 2nd F. This was worth every minute of the drive!
