WARMUP: Mozey around the Slab square- the area by which all others are measured. Met at bottom of hill by parking lot by the dreaded green power box. SSHs, Imp. Walkers, Weed Pickers, Arm circles all in sets of 7.
THE THANG: Pax lined up at the Green Power Box and surveyed the White Board/ Winkie clear instructions were given and received by all Pax but Boondock. 7 reps of 7 different exercises after each set of 7 reps the pax went up the hill to the flag in a different manner. 7 Exercises were Merkins, Lunges, Big Boys, Mike Tysons, Squats, Flutter Kicks and Burpees. 1 set up the hill with side strides alternating leading leg side. 2nd set Buuuurnie up, 3rd set straight mozey. So Pax would do 7 Merkins then side stride up to flag and mozey back. then do 7 Lunges then side stride up to flag and back. Pax would then advise the lost Pax what exercise to do. After a set of 7 burpees- the last exercise and side stride up- Pax returned to bottom/ power box and did 7 Merkins then Buuuurnied up to flag. So Pax were doing 7 reps of 7 exercises. Most got through 1 full set of 7×7 and started on another as time expired.
