WARMUP: Mosey to the stadium, 15 SSH, 10 weedpickers, 10 ToySolders, 4-staged arms worm up (10 armcircles forward, 10 reverse, 10 front clap and 13 overhead calps) all 4 exercises without rest/lowering hands – did a great job there.
THE THANG: 4 corners of the stadium were 4 stations which had 100 merkins, 100 BBSU, 100 lunges, 100 squats, with 5 burpees in the center every time the stations was changed. Optional 10 burpees to cut 20 count of any station.
MARY: wasn’t needed, were 44 seconds late to the flag.
