WARMUP: Mozy to our local campus of higher learning (Chat Tech), warmed up and did a mozy back.
THE THANG: Partnered up at the bottom of the stairs. One partner ran up the stairs and did the required exercise reps while partner at the bottom did an exercise anxiously awaiting his partners return to switch. Each partner did two sets up top before we switched top exercises and rep count.

1. Two sets of 20 merkins up top, bottom overheads claps
2. Two sets of 25 squats up top, bottom lungi
3. Two set of 30 plank jacks up top, bottom SSH
4. Two sets of 35 LBC up top, bottom mountain climbers
5. Two sets of 15 Mike Tyson’s up top, bottom  burpees
