WARMUP: Some Pre Ran. The ME warmup was a mosey around the parking lot to the track where we did the usual MK warmup exercises.

THE THANG: Something I made up that we didn’t finish, followed by a Cooper that we didn’t finish.

The first set of movements was made up on the fly. Sounded good in my head, but the execution could have gone better. I’m not sure what I want to call, so I’ll open it up to the PAX who participated to help give it a name.

I think I might call it Ring Around The Rosie. Because you go around a track and do lunges and you feel like you want to fall down if done right.

On the track we mosied the straight away’s (or can be a sprint) and lunge walked 20 paces around the curve and stopped to do 10 Merkins (substitute in any exercise you want). We continued this until we got to the back straight away where we run again to the next curve and repeated the lunge walks. The goal was 4 laps. No one was going fast enough to get four done before I decided to move onto another exercise.

I will say though, we all stayed together which was nice! The mumble chatter was on point! So many wonderful topics were discussed. Duggars decision to change careers was a hot topic. Cap Gun has aspirations of owning his own Tire Shop. Misty finishes too soon in bed. MK is racist af. FMB and Misty are friends with child groomers at church. There were too many topics for me to remember.

With only 15 minutes left, I decided to move on to something different. What?? I didn’t figure it out till we got to the front of the school. I decided on a Cooper. Only after Misty helped me remember how you do it. Again no one finished that either before we had to mosey back to the flag.

MARY: I already said we ran out of time during the Cooper.
