Today we had a smaller crew then normal at the Arena, yeah everyone is at the beach drinking margaritas or something. We moseyed from the parking lot out to townlake and up toward bells ferry and turn back into the park to the track where we would spend all day grinding. our mosey was about half mile which as included out warm up.
