C4 said the Q was open so after some slack silence and an internal battle YHC went ahead and grabbed. It’s funny how putting together a workout seems fun until you are actually feeling the suck. Had a lot planned that we didn’t get to which just means YHC got plenty of material for another Q soon.
Picked up the Sandies and headed to the field for some SSH, Weedpickers, Hillbillies, and Imperial Walkers
Started off with 11’s. Started with 10 Man Makers on the goal line then rifle carry the Sandie to the 20 yard line then 1 Thruster. Rifle carry back to the goal line repeato until we did 1 Man Maker and 10 Thrusters. Shoulders were screaming immediately on the first set and heard nothing but grunting from other PAX until complete. Things are going great so far.
Did a quick hot lap around the field to loosening the shoulders up.
Next started at the goal line with bear crawl to the 25 yard line pulling Sandie between the legs. Once at the 25 leave the Sandie and run to other goal line and back then repeat to the 50, 75, and 100. At the opposite goal line do 3 man makers then repeat bear crawl and Sandie pull back to start line.
Headed back to the flag for a couple of rounds of Mary. Reverse LBC w/ Sandie, Flutters w/ Sandie, and 5 Man Makers then time was called.

Prayers for Dixie Chick’s family as they have an uncle being moved to hospice
Gotta say the Happy Jack AO is pretty awesome (read difficult and painful) with the Sand Bag workouts. Only worked with Rocks and Cinders before so this is a welcome change. Always a pleasure to lead and appreciate Cherokee Nation making me feel at home in my first almost 2 months of posting.
