THE THANG: Met in cul-de-sac by my house. Rucked, while partner carrying sandbags and train spikes, down the trails to green space. The green space was my first beatdown during COVID lockdown. Did Mike Tyson’s and SSH on opposing sides. Ran back and forth. Next we rucked up with sandbags to RS’s house and he called some Apollo Ono’s. Back to green space. Then did ruck OH press and rucks curls on opposing sides. Rucked back and forth. Rucked back down trails with sandbags.
MARY: Finished by running loops of cul-de-sac.
