THE THANG:

4 corners (Present Edition)
Each station will have 3 gifts
While in transition of stations you must zercher carry the sandbag
Round 1:
– each station will open a gift with an exercise inside.
– Everyone in the group will perform exercise.
– travel from station to station completing the opened gifts exercise until you return to original station (ex 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 -> 1)
Round 2:
– open a new gift and group performs exercise
– Then you perform the first gift’s exercise
– Then move onto the next station until you get back to your original station
Round 3:
– open a new gift and group performs exercise
– Then you perform the second gift’s exercise then the first
– Then move onto the next station until you get back to your original station
