Day 1: carry all of Santa’s bags of toys (sandbags) for 1 lap around the parking lot (2×120’s, 1×80, 1×60, 2×40’s, 1×20)
Day 2: kb thrusters
Day 3: kb bent over rows
Day 4: kb sumo high pulls
Day 5: kb deadlifts
Day 6: kb front rack squats
Day 7: kb swings
Day 8: kb v-ups
Day 9: kb clean and press

Day 12: (did not get to this one)

YHC surprised the PAX with a Christmas top 10 list after the Day 5 completion. Right answers were rewarded with 5 kb swings for everyone. Wrong answers were rewarded with 10 kb man makers for everyone.

YHC also surprised the PAX with another Christmas top 10 list after the Day 9 completion. Right answers were rewarded with 5 kb figure 8’s for everyone. Wrong answers were rewarded with 10 kb halo’s for everyone.
