Olan Mill and YHC did a 4.1 mile pre-run
Quick mosey with some merkins and stretches.
Grabbed 60lb sand bags and did circuit around Veteran’s Park. Stopped at first 1/4 mile marker for some deadlifts. Went to football field for sandbag throws, bear crawls, drags, cleans, and air presses. Back to the path for dips at next 1/4 marker. Next stop was step ups on bench. Next 1/4 marker was ring of fire merkins. Had PAX run of backside hill w/ sandbags all the way to top. Calf raises w/ sandbags at next 1/4 marker. Another round of running up front side of track to roundabout. Walked back to parking lot and then another run w/ sandbag back to flag.
