THANG #1

1oo yard dash, do 100 LBCs, backwards run to the start..plank for the 6

75 yard dash, 75 MTN climbers, backward run to the start..plank for the 6

50 yard dash, 50 SSHs, backward run to the start..plank for the 6

25 yard dash, 25 Merkins, backward run to the start..plank for the 6

10 yard bear crawl, 10 Burpees, crawl bear to the start..plank for the 6

THANG #2 – X Marks the Spot

Start in the center of the field, so exercise, run to 1 corner, do exercise, run back to center, do exercise, run next corner..

Round #1 – 10 Reps; Center; Merkins

Corners – Diamond Merkins, Wide Merkins, Hand Release Merkins, & Shoulder Taps (Kodiak)

Round #2 – 20 Reps; Center; Squats

Corners – Monkey Humpers, Star Jumps, Squat Jumps & Gorilla Humpers

THANG #3 – Fox Holes

Starting on their back, on the Side lines, Pax roll over and do a Merkin. Roll over again..do 2 Merkins, Roll over..3 merkins..all the way to 15. We kept going, but did BBS until we made it to the center of field.
