My Strava map of aisle 7’s Tour de Ball Ground made me realize that there is a perfect layout of streets for a map design. Knowing that the Castle is not a running AO I knew we would have to incorporate some reps along the way. We would also have to shorten the Warm-a-rama. Super short mosey around the small side of the parking lot, 10 SSH, 10 weed pickers and 10 Michael Phelps in cadence. (Just for Duggar) We carried a restrictor plate (AKA Sandbaby) with us to prevent the gazelles from taking off and swapped it as we went. Head out of the parking lot to Valley street for a stroll through Ball Ground stopping at each turn to perform 5 Merkins, 5 LBC’s and 5 Squats. At any of the turnarounds we would up the reps to 10. I knew we would cut it close and we went about a minute over, but the map design made it worth it. I am sure the Pax figured I was making it up as we went because there seemed to be no rhyme or reason for the route we took. We finished the morning with right at 3 miles and 110 reps each of Merkins, LBC’s and Squats.
Don’t forget the Pax with the most Castle Black Q’s and Posts through July each get a CB AO Flag. Take a Q, Post and don’t forget your Backblast or you are shortchanging your fellow Pax out of their chance for a flag.
