62°F, cool air, warm-ish pool with visible steam.

WARM-O-RAMA:
• Indian Walk – Single-file around the pool, two laps. Last man fast-walked or swam to the front. Deep end posed a challenge for shorter PAX.

ELEVENS:
• One side of the pool: Squats
• Swim or walk to other side
• Opposite side: Knee Raises (performed similarly to Gas Pumps)

3. Poolside Tricep Dips
4. Imperial Walkers
Special Rule:
• Each round, after completing Imperial Walkers, PAX exited the main pool and completed 2 hand-release Hydro Burpees in the kiddie pool before re-entering.
• The big pool felt like a sauna upon re-entry every time!
Rounds:
• Round 1: 15 reps at each station
• Increase each exercise by 5 reps per round
• Hydro Burpees remained at 2 reps each round
