WARMUP: quick mosey, SSH, weedpickers, windmills, copperhead squats and merkins, Sun gods, and Michael Phelps
THE THANG: lots of games requested tonight so we started with a couple rounds of flag tag. Then we did some long distance 11’s with merkins and 4 count SSH. Then we played a couple rounds of one pax throwing the frisbee and first to it picks a 10 count exercise. Then we did a quick round of BOMBS. Finished with some ultimate football
