To start things off we did 11s near the turnabout: Cinder block man makers at bottom, merkins at top of the turnabout.

The thang 2

Mosey to the front of the school for what I’m calling Burpee Jail Bonanza: a mixture of burpees, running, and coupon carries. When you’re in jail you’re doing burpees. Play rock paper scissors when someone passes to see who goes free and who stays in jail. But if you’ve lost 2 rounds you get a freebie and get out of jail / trade off automatically the next time someone passes.
When you’re not in jail you’re running back & forth in front of the school. Whenever you arrive at a coupon you carry it approx. 20 yards and then drop it.

Worked out decently well and was only a little confusing. Pretty sure I’ll feature it again in a future BD.

COT

We prayed for Vanilli’s Ragnar (now praise seeing how he crushed it!) and for some challenges being a Dad that Nesquick brought up that many of us can identify with.
