WARMUP: Mosey with some exuberant SSHs, Weed Pickers, Good Mornings, Windmills and Michael Phelps

THE THANG: WAR!!!
Pretty basic Q, we played war in teams… Pella and Olan vs Leaky and Dory. Winner took a lap while loser did an exercise AMRAP determined by whatever card they lost with…. Diamonds meant Diamond Merkens, Hearts – Burpees, Clubs – Big Boy Sit-ups, and Spades – Squats.

The clear winners were Leaky and Dory who took so many laps they started giving them up in exchange for the exercises.

Leaky accused Pella of cheating and no one lost with clubs. We did nothing but Burpees, Diamond Merkens and laps all morning. And to think Duggar, Chat GPT, and Dollywood missed it on account of the rain, that stopped before 0530, and problems in India….
