Recent and upcoming gatherings had YHC reminiscing about prom and decided to take the PAX of the Kodiak on a trip down memory lane.
Warmup – assortment of weed pickers, good mornings, goof balls, sun gods, and michael phelps
First we did some pregaming. Each PAX would draw a card from the deck and after everyone had drawn we’d run a lap. Card value equals reps and suit would determine the exercise:
Diamonds – Dips, Spades – Squats, Clubs – Crunchy Frogs, Hearts – Humpers de Monkey
After we were all feeling pretty good we went to
PROM (Pickle Pounders, Reverse Lunges, Overhead Claps, Merkins)
10 reps of each, run a lap, 9 reps of each, run a lap, so on and so forth.
Got most of the way through before we were running short on time, but with one more part of the beatdown to go.
Got a Dirty Hookup in (10 reps) before moseying back to the flag where we did some Wheezy Jeffersons and Dying Cockroaches before the clock hit 6:15.
