THE THANG: Mosey field trip to Kroger, Mt. McDonalds, Ace, and back with rucks.
Bat wings … in cadence. Starting with 10, then 20, 30, 40. Calf raises to failure on Mt McDonalds on the second loop. Then back to the AO and do 50 Chinooks and more calf raises to add more powerful joy, in cadence.
MARY: Apparently….my powerful joy is no match for Duggar’s….so I was overall a disappointment.
