WARMUP: Mosey to the bottom of the hill, SSH. Leg stretchy things.
THE THANG: A 5k was had by all with a bunch of squats, merkins, SSH, burpees, and bunny hops ascending at the lights. Two really good ski hills thrown in just for S and G.
MARY: None. Looped the lot once to finish off the 5k.
