The Thang

Start with 10, increase reps up to 90, when reps were completed; PAX moseyed to the entrance of our lovely AO and back for another exercise. Exercises included Burpees, Murkins, Side steps (complements to Showtime), Squats, Air presses, and American Hammers. PAX reached 90 and began our decent; hit 30 Murkins before time was up. Lucky Charms was not in attendance… hmm someone likes to fart-sack on YHC

Dump Truck was our 6th man. He inspired YHC to pray for our Ms and significant lady friends. They bear a great weight dealing with us men.

Life is good for this PAX, Very little Mumble chatter even when YHC held the beatdown a couple minutes over to complete the exercise. Nobody complained about the Taylor Swift YHC added into the playlist, Criss Cross actually enjoyed it! Afterward YHC and Peekaboo took out the Dwelling trail at Blankets
