WARMUP:mosey into the light, ssh, some stretches. @koi arrived at Blacktop on time so as he got near, we ran off.
THE THANG: koi was just running. We each pulled out a block of wood with an exercise on it and lead 10 each until Koi came back around. Then join him for a lap. Rinse and repeat.
