I warned the HIMs to be prepared for whatever the heck I came up with.  With that we began a journey of whatever randomly came into my head.  We set out with a nice jog over some speed humps. Random stops for 5 burpees. Found some benches where we did two sets of 20 dips, 20 incline merkins, 15 decline merkins.

Headed over to grab the coupons and dropped them off at a secret section of astroturf behind Lassiter HS. Headed to the soccer fields, then realized the Pax was not prepared with their headlamps. No, I did not mention the need for headlamps in Slack. But they should be prepared none the less! We diverted to the football field after determining there was no moon helping light the way.

On the football field, duck walk to the 20, mosey back, lunges to the 30, Bernie Sanders back, copper head squats, duckwalk to the 20 again and then back to the coupons.

With the coupons we did two sets of 20 curls, 20 upright rows, 10 murder bunnies, 20 merkins, and 20 cowbell swings.

Deposited the coupons, did invisible coupon sweepers and called it a day.

Lifted up Blue Cheese’s family as they morn the loss of his father, Dr. Holland and family as they morn the loss of his sister, and Colonel Mustard’s brother who arrived here from Australia in prayer.
