THE THANG: mosey to the west entrance where we did dips and derkins, then we moseyed to the main entrance where we did Monkey Humpers, then we went to the Middle School where we did dips at the bottom and merkins at the top.
Finally we did HIIT 11s in place. We did burpees and hill billies.
