WARMUP: ruck up – weed pickers, flamingos

THE THANG:
Time for an expedition! Spider lead us through the Slab neighborhood to a newly created trail head. A steep entrance to get started and a few other steep climbs.

We made our way down through it all and ended up at Spider’s house. We then made our way back to the flag.
