WARMUP: mosey and a nice stretch
THE THANG: we started with the blacktop tradition of calf raises on the stairs. Why? Who knows, but we BT’ers have some killer calves. Then a round of Derkins.

Mosey to the parking lot for deconstructed burpees.
Squats- hand release merkins-plank things-squat jumps.
Wastewater finally showed at the end.
Then some big boys, LBC’s, mountain climbers.
