WARMUP: Run around, skip disclaimer, 25 four count SSH, some Hill Billies, Windmills, Good Mornings and Sun Gods both forward and backward in cadence, AS IS THE MACE TRADITION!!!!
THING 1: Because Kodiak + Duggar = Prison Pulls, 25 Prison Pulls, run to a paw print greater than 20 and do that number of squats. Do not repeat paw prints, and do not go to a paw print that is currently occupied. Continued until 4 sets of squats and 5 sets of prison pulls were completed.
THING 2: Ran to middle school, and then 11s of dips and merkins.
THING 3: 15 BBS and CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE! You pick 30 curb jumps or 30 step ups. Then 14 BBS + 28 of your choice, 13 BBS + 26, etc.
