Real straightforward, nothing fancy.
Started with a long mosey down to the police station. Simple warmups consisting of SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weedpickers, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps.
Mosey back up the hill to the school parking lot. We did some BOMBS – Bobby hurleys, overhead claps, merkins, big boy sit-ups, and squats. Count was 10,20,30,40,50, then run a lap. We did three total sets and three laps.
Then we moseyed to a parking lot and did 11’s with 4-count monkey humpers and 4-count flutter kicks. Moseyed back to the flag for about 30 seconds of mountain climbers to close it out.
