5 HIM’s braved the sub 50 degree weather. Warm-ups included run around the parking lot, Side straddle hops, weedpickers, sun gods, and Burpees. Workout consisted of descending reps of coupon infused overhead presses, squats, curls, lbc’s, and merkins. Each group of sets was followed by a sprint to the rock and a jog back.
