MURDER BUNNIES IN THE DANGER ZONE!

PAX moseyed over to Murder Bunny Hill.

PAX performs SSH while Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins plays in the background. Every time the words “Danger Zone” are heard PAX does a single squat then resumes SSH.  End result is 3.5 minutes of SSH with sporadic squats.  Burn baby burn.

PAX were next dealt with 11’s. Bottom of hill PAX started with monkey humpers , ran up to the first lamppost to do Bonnie Blairs.

After the 11’s, PAX collected coupons to begin Murder Bunny Hill. PAX were instructed to do 10 reps of squats, curls, and kettle swings, then walk up to the first or second level of the amphitheater to start off with 10 merkins followed by murder bunnies then 10 more merkins followed by murder bunnies, etc., rinse and repeat.

PAX  moseyed back to the flag and had time for 10 minutes of MARY.  YHC started with merkins ring of fire. PAX still had time for some LBCs and flutter kicks before COT.
