Half lap mosey, then random exercises including Good Mornings, Cuban Night Clubs, and Air Presses.
Mosey over to the hill, and get some good BMs in. In this case BMs are:
Side Straddle Hops
PAX begin at the bottom of the hill and do 1 burpee, 2 merkins, 3 mountain climbers, 4 squats, 5 SSHs. Then run to the top of the hill and perform all 5 exercises again this time doing 2,4,6,8,10. Bottom of the hill and perform 3,6,9,12,15. Repeat the circuit until you complete 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 mountain climbers, 40 squats, and 50 SSHs.
Had enough time left over for some Mary. No idea what we did but I’m sure it was glorious.

It was awesome to have T-Rex join us. Babyface did a great job of breaking the exercises up into consumable pieces for him. Subzero worked his tail off doing his own thing. Duggar enjoyed being ahead of the PAX just once.
