Day #2 of the Creekside Shield Lock. Earlier start so Super Dave could get home in time to get ready for work!
The PAX did short mosey up Saddlehorn Trail, turned around and circled-up at the Green Space
Imperial Walker – 10 IC
Good Mornings – 10 IC
Windmills – 10 IC
SSHs – 10 IC
We did a short tour of the neighborhood and visited a few cul-de-sacs. We ran up one of the monster hills to the Trotter’s Way cul-de-Sac to do some 11’s of Merkins/Squats. 10 Merkins, run along the outside of the cul-de-sac to the other side and 1 Squat. The PAX did this until 10 Squats/1 Merkin. After a quick 10 count, we ran to the Carriage Way cul-de-sac and did 7’s of Burpees/Mountain Climbers. Next cul-de-sac, Bluegrass Way, and some 7’s of Incline Merkings/Money Humpers. With time getting low, we moseyed back to the start, where Digem led w/ some American Hammers and Babyface w/ some J-Los.
We asked for prayers for the Coronavirus and keeping everyone healthy. Prayers for our first responders and our leaders.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Great time this morning and glad to have Dig Em join the Creekside Shieldlock. Good to have Super Dave out again. He is neighbors with Bloodhound and Babyface, so not sure how he could have avoided the F3 cult this long. It is hard to tell those two NO. Dig Em never ever gets tired! Dude is a robot! Thanks Bloodhound and Babyface for getting me into this Shieldlock. If I did not have this, I would be at home eating boxes of Samoas and watching General Hospital all day! Great Time! Until next time, Rest Stop out!
