WARMUP: We ran to the 50 yard line of the football field for a few IC exercises to get the body moving then headed to the goal line to get the workout started
THE THANG: We took turns rolling a dice to decide our fate:
1 – 10 burpees & then run to the 10 yd line
2 – 20 No Surrenders & then run to the 20 yd line
3 – 30 Merkins & then run to the 30 yd line
4 – 40 Big Boys & then run to the 40 yd line
5 – 50 Squats & then run to the 50 yd line
6 – 60 SSH & then run to the 60 yd line
All of the odds were backwards runs as well.
After each PAX took a turn, we took a lap around the track. We made it through 3 full rounds before needing to head back to the flag. We rolled a LOT of 6’s and did well over 300 SSH for the day, so that was a lot of fun. Squats came in 2nd for most frequently rolled. All in all we kept moving most of the morning and stayed relatively warm.
