WARMUP: Started with a short mosey then SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Michael Phelps OYO
THE THANG: We moseyed to the Kroger lot and ran a loop that started with the endless stairs to McDonalds. Pax then completed 1-2-3-2-1 Dora with the lap up the Macdonald stairs, around the lot back to the start: 2 for 1 lunges (100), LBCs (200), and airchair-airpresses (300). Our quads were not happy with this arrangement, so the after-dora trip up the stairs was a bear crawl.

We then did suicides on the parking lot lines with 5 merkins at each turnaround and a burpee toll at the start.

Ended with a mosey back to the (flag) with a trip down and up the Macedonia Elementary stairs just for old time’s sake.
