ROUND 1: 10 burpees, 50 squats, 75 big boy situps, 100 air presses. Elevator workout with a lap between each each new exercise. 10 burpees, then run a lap and come back and do 10 burpees and 50 squats. All the way until you’re doing all four exercises then running a lap.
ROUND 2: 25 merkins, 50 lunges (2-count), 75 squats, 100 SSH. Elevator just like round 1. Nobody got to the SSH because we finished the morning with some mary. Great way to clear our minds to be able to hear and comprehend the message given by T-ball
