Four Corners escalator exercise with midfield stops and sandbags. What could be more complicated than this?

Line up on the soccer field, no not the football field, the soccer field. Yes the one with the redlines. The goal is to work our way around the field stopping at the four corners and the midfield line for pain stations. Start with the following sandbag routine. 10 rows, 10 squats, 10 overhead presses. Carry the bag to the next painstation stop and repeat. Drop the bag and run around the field stopping at each pain station with the following escalator routine. 5 burpees, 10 side step lunges, 15 lbcs, 20 merkins, 25 american hammers. When you finish all of that you are back at the sandbag. Rinse and repeat. We made it a total of 4 rounds before we ran out of time. Grab the bags and head back to the flag with a lunge walk.

The new Happy Jack with sandbags is becoming one of my favorite beatdowns. The Happy Jack has always been about high intensity. Slinging a 40 or 60 lb sandbag around definitely qualifies as high intensity. I am sucking wind more here than I have in a long time. If you want to push yourself, this is the place for you.  I am calling out the north side Gazelles, old timers, and newbies, Homeboy, Cricket, Manning, The Mole, Aquaman, Hombre, White Rice, Geppetto, Garfield, Kiffin, Mickey, etc. You should give this place a try. You will be smoked.

We should rename Dixie Chick to Luxor after the hotel in Vegas. His cell phone lights up the Gloom and is visible in space. If you stare directly at it, you will go blind. Oh well maybe just The Chick.

Harp is going to be a regular at the Happy Jack. That man loves pounding a bag.
