The BackBlast:

Intro:

It was the day after Valentine’s so many PAX were up late (hopefully) with their M, and it was also the first day of Winter Break.  (Read:  small numbers)

Warm-o-Rama:

Ruck on.  Let’s go!

The Thang:

Ruck up Arnold Mill to Avonlea Apartments.  Catch Noonday trail back to downtown Woodstock and look at damage done by recent rains.  Ruck to Chat Tech and take the shortcut through the woods back to the amphitheater.  Finish at 6:15 (and 30 seconds).  3.85 miles by my Apple watch.  Garmin peeps will likely say we probably only went 2 miles… 🙂

COT:

Daddy Daycare was the 6.  Thought about changing his name to Uber Daddy after hearing how much he travels taking the kids around.  Prayers for Pruitt family, and announcements about upcoming F3 events.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC wrote a brief shell script to describe the primary event of the morning:

#!/bin/sh

echo “8-Bit has the Q”
echo “8-Bit does not like coffee nor ever thinks about it”
echo “Yep…..8-Bit will likely forget the coffee…”
echo “…hmmmm…”
echo “8-Bit will change ruck route to go by Dunkin Donuts to buy PAX some coffee.  Yeah come on, 8-Bit…Smart thinking!”
echo

for number in {1..5}
do
echo “Pax $number, Here is your coffee!”
echo
if [ $number = 5 ]
then
echo “Uh oh!”
echo “Pax 5 is Chops, and he does not like coffee either. More DD coffee for Scamper!”
fi
done
echo
echo “Pax are happy, and coffeteria occured while rucking!”
