It was a brisk morning where the Q was running late, which is not a surprise, since that’s how I roll.
we ran 1/3 mile around the track to warm up and circled up for the warm-o-roma. We did 20 SSH, 10 weed pickers, 5 tumbleweeds, and 5 burpees. At this point, we didn’t know what we were doing, so we mosied some more over to the stationary workout are that Dupree Park offers. Each of us were on the apparatus for 60 seconds, with one being “the hub”. Each person on this apparatus was to tell the pax what they have learned over the past year and give some words of advice to all. We did this for about ~15 minutes.
At this point in time, the pax is pretty checked out, so we mosied some more…..through the woods and over to the playground area where we partnered up and did balls to the wall. One partner was on the wall, while the other ran down and through the playground area. We repeated this so that each person was on the wall for 60 seconds x 3.
We ended the BD on the tennis courts, playing dodge ball. The good team won, as it was my team!
